Vegan Caramel Apples Recipes

One large or two smaller apples (or if you like – how much you eat, you can add more if you are making this dish for the entire family)
Immerse four larger fresh dates in 50+ ml of water (if more water is less common) let it stand for at least one hour for the waxes to completely soften
1-2 tablespoons of coconut flour or flakes
10-15 grains of dried grapes
Cut the apples into circles, about 3 millimeters thick. Carefully remove the middle, where the seeds are.
Blend the dates with the water they soaked in – it should be as thick as the jam that is not so thick. Apply to a plate of applesauce, grease with mixed dates in a thin layer. Then put 3-4 raisins on each plate, and then cover each plate with a pinch of coconut flour or coconut flakes. Serve with the warm caramel sauce (vegan, of course, you can find numerous online recipes on how to make your own) and consume immediately.
If you want to play around with the decoration a little more, feel free to add seasonal fruits such as chopped strawberries, raspberries and the like (to taste).
*you can shape this dish into the smaller cake – up to a maximum of 4 in one cake. Then they need to be further cut (as a cake) for easy using.
*you can make your own caramel sauce that you can use for many other dishes. You make it in a way you mix half of cup of almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup (or agave), a bit of vanilla and salt.
A great thing about this recipe is that it can be a whole meal; you can generally eat this kind of food to the fullest. Full satiety means that 1/3 of the stomach is filled with solid food, while 1/3 is filled with liquid and 1/3 is empty. This is the best guidance for healthy eating.
For another vegan recipe you need:
Four medium-sized apples
12 vegan caramel candies or a sauce that we mentioned before, whatever you want it is ok
50 grams of vegan butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup almond flour
Spices: 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping: vegan caramel sauce (optional)
First, you need to preheat the oven to 180 C. While the oven is heating, you must cut the top of the apples and whisk them with a spoon or ice cream spoon, being careful not to pierce the crust.
Put three vegan caramels in each apple, or a bit of sauce that you previously made.
Put the apples on a baking tray. Pour flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, sugar and salt into a medium bowl. Melt the butter and add to the mixture. Stir well and top the apples with the mixture.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
Remove from the oven and top with the caramel sauce. Enjoy.
*One advice for all those who decide to make caramel apples. In order for the vegan caramel sauce to be as sticky as possible to the apples, it is important to dry them well after washing. Remove the petiole and stab in the middle of the apple with a wooden stick for skewers or ice cream.
